Meditation by Type:
INTJ/INTP: Contemplative meditation. Think deeply about a single concept. Your analytical mind becomes the vehicle, not the obstacle.

ESTJ/ISTJ: Structured practice. Same time, same place, same technique. Your love of routine serves your spiritual life.
ESFJ/ISFJ: Loving-kindness meditation. Sending love to others opens your heart and calms your mind.
ESTP/ISTP: Body scan meditation. Connect with physical sensations. Your body awareness is your spiritual entry point.
ENFJ/ESFP: Group meditation. Shared spiritual experience amplifies your practice. You connect through connection.
