Talking to INTJ: DO: Be direct. Get to the point. Bring facts. DON'T: Small talk. Repeat yourself. Be illogical. Magic words: "Here's my reasoning..."
Talking to INTP: DO: Give them time to think. Explore ideas. Be precise. DON'T: Rush them. Dismiss ideas. Be offended by questions. Magic words: "What's your analysis?"
Talking to ENTJ: DO: Be confident. Have a plan. Show competence. DON'T: Waste time. Be wishy-washy. Make excuses. Magic words: "Here's the bottom line..."
Talking to ENTP: DO: Debate freely. Throw out ideas. Be playful. DON'T: Take offense. Be rigid. Kill brainstorming. Magic words: "What if we tried..."
Communicating with NF Types:
Talking to INFJ: DO: Be authentic. Listen deeply. Share meaning. DON'T: Be superficial. Dismiss feelings. Push too hard. Magic words: "How do you really feel about this?"
Talking to INFP: DO: Be genuine. Respect values. Give space to process. DON'T: Judge harshly. Be inauthentic. Rush decisions. Magic words: "What matters most to you here?"
Talking to ENFJ: DO: Show appreciation. Be warm. Include them. DON'T: Be cold. Exclude people. Dismiss harmony. Magic words: "I value your perspective."
Talking to ENFP: DO: Be enthusiastic. Explore possibilities. Affirm them. DON'T: Shut down ideas. Be pessimistic. Micromanage. Magic words: "That's an interesting idea, tell me more!"
