Intuitive Feelers (NF) Burnout:

INFJ/INFP: You burned out because: You gave too much to others and ignored your own needs Recovery needs: EXTENDED solitude, creative expression, reconnecting with meaning Don't: Force yourself to socialize to feel "normal" Do: Retreat without guilt. Create something. Find your why.

ENFJ/ENFP: You burned out because: You performed happiness while dying inside Recovery needs: Permission to be low energy, honest conversations, actual rest (not productive rest) Don't: Immediately start helping others again Do: Let someone take care of YOU for once

Intuitive Thinkers (NT) Burnout:

INTJ/INTP: You burned out because: You pushed your mind past its limits Recovery needs: Complete mental rest (no learning, no problems to solve), physical activity Don't: Start a new project to distract yourself Do: Go outside. Move. Let your brain truly idle.

ENTJ/ENTP: You burned out because: You equated rest with weakness Recovery needs: Permission to be unproductive, stepping away from responsibility Don't: Work on "small projects" during recovery Do: Accept that doing nothing IS doing something

Sensing Types Recovery:

SJ Types (ISTJ, ISFJ, ESTJ, ESFJ): Recovery needs: Reduced responsibility, others stepping up, routine without pressure Key insight: Your worth exists beyond your productivity

SP Types (ISTP, ISFP, ESTP, ESFP): Recovery needs: Novelty without pressure, physical pleasure, freedom Key insight: You burned out from being trapped, not from doing too much
