INTP Sleep Patterns & Chronotype
INTPs are perhaps the most extreme night owls in the MBTI system. Their relationship with sleep is often chaotic — they lose track of time during intellectual deep-dives, regularly seeing 3 or 4 AM before realizing hours have passed. The INTP brain operates on a fundamentally different rhythm than the 9-to-5 world demands, preferring long stretches of unstructured exploration that naturally drift toward nighttime.
