ENTJ Sleep Patterns & Chronotype
ENTJs are strategic flexors who adapt their sleep schedule to dominate whatever environment they’re in. Unlike fixed owls or larks, the ENTJ treats their chronotype as a variable to be optimized. They can wake at 5 AM for a critical meeting or push through until 2 AM to close a deal — and they’ll perform at high capacity either way. Their true peak, however, falls in the mid-morning to early afternoon zone where their commanding energy is at its most formidable.
