Some types charge in, others run. Where do you fall on the confrontation spectrum?

Confrontation brings out our true colors. Here's how each type faces conflict.

The Chargers (Will Confront):

ENTJ: Charges in. Direct. Doesn't sugarcoat. Style: "Here's the problem. Here's how we fix it." Weakness: Can be intimidating. Misses emotions.

ESTJ: Addresses issues immediately. Wants resolution. Style: "Let's handle this right now." Weakness: Steamrolls feelings. Too rigid.

ESTP: Confronts casually. Not intimidated. Style: "Hey, we need to talk about this." Weakness: Can be too blunt. Dismisses sensitivity.

The Avoiders (Will Dodge):

INFP: Avoids at all costs. Internal processing. Style: Hints. Hopes you'll get it. Silent treatment. Weakness: Resentment builds. Unexpressed needs.

ISFP: Withdraws. Waits it out. Hopes it resolves. Style: Creates distance. Becomes quiet. Weakness: Issues never get addressed.

ISFJ: Avoids to keep peace. Stuffs feelings. Style: "It's fine." (It's not fine.) Weakness: Resentment explosion eventually.

The Strategizers (Will Plan):

INTJ: Prepares argument. Waits for right moment. Style: Chess game. Calculated. Weakness: Over-thinks. Comes off cold.

INFJ: Plans speech. Careful word choice. Style: Addresses once fully formulated. Weakness: Waits too long. Builds up too much.

The Adapters (Depends on Situation):

ENTP: Enjoys debate. But avoids emotional confrontation. Style: Will argue ideas, not feelings. Weakness: Deflects with humor.

ENFJ: Will confront for others, not self. Style: Advocates beautifully. Self-advocates poorly. Weakness: Own needs unaddressed.

Your Growth Edge: Whatever your style, practice the opposite occasionally.
